Jawg Lab becomes Jawg App: a fresh new interface and more control over your account
Jawg Lab has evolved with a new name, a fresh interface and more ways to manage your account. Read on to see what’s changed!

We’ve just rolled out a big update to our platform: Jawg Lab is now Jawg App, and it comes with a completely redesigned interface plus new options to manage your account more easily.
Why the name change?
Let’s be honest: "Lab" never quite fit. What started as a testing ground has evolved into a powerful platform our users rely on daily. This update reflects that shift: from experimental to essential. The new name, Jawg App, better represents the polished, production-ready experience you can expect going forward 💪
What’s new in the interface?
We’ve rebuilt the UI from the ground up with a focus on usability. That means:
- A cleaner, more intuitive layout
- Smoother navigation between your maps, access tokens, styles and analytics

It’s not just a facelift: it’s a faster, more pleasant experience that gets out of your way and lets you focus on the essentials 🗺️
More control over your account
You can now update and manage more account settings directly from the app, including:
- Subscription plans – choose the one that fits your usage and sign up to any plan directly from the app: Professional, Enterprise, or Pay-as-you-Go
- Billing information and invoices
- Payment methods – you can now add and manage multiple payment options right from your dashboard

No more emailing support just to update a payment method or change your plan, it's all in your hands now!
